Damaged Merchandise / Missing Products
As soon as the merchandise leaves us in good condition, our liability ceases. Upon delivery of your merchandise, take a good look at the package. If the package is damaged, open it to see if the merchandise is in good condition. Note any and all damages or losses, no matter how slight.
If the content of your package is damaged, it is your responsibility to call our company within 48 hours to claim the damage and to keep the damaged package for inspection.
If there is a missing product or an error on our part, call us immediately and we will take care of it right away.
If within 30 days, the products have not been used and are in perfect condition, you may return them. You will need to wrap the products carefully and send them back to our warehouse at your expense accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the reason for returning the products. Please be advised that there will be a 10% restocking charge for all returned goods unless they were damaged. After we receive the returned items in perfect condition, we will send you a credit or a refund.
If a product is not available at the time your order is shipped, we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available. The item and the shipping charges will be invoiced separately. If you wish to cancel this item, you must do so by calling us when you receive your initial order.
We will honour all warranties offered by our manufacturers. Simply send us your proof of purchase when making your claim.
